A &lt;a href="http://www.tennessean.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=2008802120365" rel="nofollow"&gt;recent news story from the Tennessean&lt;/a&gt; has me wondering if google will consider this ruling, or just give up the info for this other frivolous law suit.
