A <a href="http://www.tennessean.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=2008802120365" rel="nofollow">recent news story from the Tennessean</a> has me wondering if google will consider this ruling, or just give up the info for this other frivolous law suit. from the news article: The blog is hosted by Blogger, which is owned by Internet giant Google. Sizemore said he would subpoena Google for the name of the author of the blog. A Google spokeswoman wrote in an e-mail sent late Monday night that the company reviews all legal requests and would comply accordingly. Interesting that this has a suit where yahoo was being asked for the identity.
